I was kinda hoping you'd bring this up at some point. I've always been frustrated by the negative stereotypes a lot of raiders have about women who raid.
I am noticing more female voices on Vent recordings of boss kill videos, notably Firefighter, Yogg Saron 0 watchers and Blood Legion's Lich King kill. Maybe that will help change a few people's perceptions and show them that women are present in raiding at the highest level?
I haven't watched Blood Legion's kill yet (though I have to 'cause we're coming up to him on 10 man!) but I'm glad to see more women in the upper echelon.
Our raid leaders and officers are exclusively male, but we've had a ton of female players for a WoW guild. It's nice to have a 'safe space' for gaming.
Nice article.
